Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Queendripz creates custom memorial and celebration items designed specifically for each customer using provided names, dates, photos, and details. Because these items cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders.

 

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
