All products are custom-made and personalized based on customer selections. Because of the custom nature of these items, all sales are final once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details including spelling, dates, photos, and customization before placing an order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Production begins after all required information is received. Processing times are provided at checkout and may vary
